Chez Jerome is owned and run by husband and wife team Jerome and Lina Dehoux. Situated in Dunstable this French restaurant is renound for it’s impressive dishes. Head chef Jerome has worked in kitchens all over the world including Switzerland, Luxembourg as well as his native France where he was sous chef in the Michelin star “La Toque Blanche”.
The 15th century timber framed building together with its décor certainly sets the mood for experiencing Jerome’s superb skill as a chef.
