Our philosophy is quite simple; cook the finest carefully sourced ingredients and simply add our own twists and innovation. Our style could be described as modern British with influences from international and classical based cookery. All food, from the appetisers to the desserts are produced in-house from carefully created recipes, no dish is left to chance.
