The Kings Head is situated in the very heart of the picturesque village of Ivinghoe, on the Beds, Bucks and Herts borders. This ivy covered building dates back to times when quality and service went hand in hand and happily it still exists here to this day.

We pride ourselves on good old fashioned service and serious professionalism. Georges de Maison’s passion for quality food, meticulous attention to detail and impeccable service ensures that your dining experience will be memorable if not unique. Soft candlelight and shimmering silverware complement the restaurants already inviting ambience.

Chef de Cuisine Jonathan O’Keeffe is famed for his skillfully prepared eclectic menus. Only the very best and freshest of produce is used with much of this sourced locally. After lunch or perhaps before dinner, why not take a stroll around the village and visit the windmill. If the weather is inclement take the opportunity sit back in one of our comfy chairs, order your favourite aperitif and let the world go by! Alternatively, take a few moments to explore over 50 original works of art which adorn the walls.

A banqueting suite is available for private dining up to 40 guests. For small conferences, weddings and larger functions marquees can be put in the garden.
