The recently refurbished Red Lion Hotel and restaurant can be found in the peaceful village of East Haddon.
Owners Nick Bonner and Ren Aveiro head up a competent team of chefs who prepare from scratch all the dishes from their extensive menu using produce mainly sourced from the Northamptonshire area.

Here you will find delicious dishes on offer such as; Crisp Duck Hash topped with a Fried Duck Egg to start. Roast Chump of Northamptonshire Lamb with Crushed Potatoes and a Warm Tomato and Black Olive Dressing as main. A Sweet Gooseberry Fool with Shortbread Biscuit for pudding.

The Red Lion also has a wide selection of steaks which are a minimum of 21 day aged and sourced from Northamptonshire farms.
