Situated in the Village of Wollaston on the borders of Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire the 350 year old Wollaston Inn has been revitalised in the past 5 years by Chef/Patron Chris Spencer.

With a passion for seafood and inspired by fresh, seasonal, regional food the restaurant offers a variety of food throughout the day. Both the evening à la carte and lunch menus offer the best of traditional British dishes alongside some classic Mediterranean and internationally influenced choices. Running alongside these is the daily changing fresh seafood menu using produce delivered daily from fish markets around Britain. On Sundays there is a traditional Sunday roast lunch and, like every other day food is served at all times throughout the day.

There are plenty of choices of places to eat - there is a main restaurant with an open fire roaring through the winter, in the summer you can walk out through the french doors and sit out on the sun drenched patio, the bar is available for a casual lunch or just enjoy a coffee relaxing on the Italian leather sofas. There are also two additional rooms that are ideal for family gatherings, business meetings or small social events.

As well as the two private dining rooms there is the spacious function room available for weddings, celebrations and business meetings. With 20 years of experience within the industry Chris can offer you bespoke menus and a personal service that few other venues can match.
