James and Kate Moulson are the couple behind Mash & Co Catering Ltd. Mash & Co produce quality food exquisitely presented, using the best available ingredients. This is all produced in their own commercial kitchen in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

James Moulson, head chef and director has had a varied career. He has worked at Claridges and also aboard the QEII but also has developed innovative products for a well known high street retailer. He is also the face of ‘Creative Cooks’ which is a new project to come from the well known brand ‘Epicure’. James has been used on a consultancy basis to create some superb dishes in the Creative Cooks range.

Mash & Co can provide fantastic food for Weddings, Parties, Summer Balls or sumptuous buffets. They ensure that their attention to detail is constantly maintained, therefore providing a highly professional service from the excellent food through to their discreet and attentive staff.

Whether you are a real foodie or maybe you could use a helping hand with food ideas, Mash & Co can provide you with your ideal menu. Each menu can be tailor made just for you and served to your specifications. The only thing Mash & Co will not do is compromise on quality.

Once you have chosen Mash & Co as your chosen caterer, you can taste a small sample of their fabulous food in their presentation room on site.
