Franks Steakhouse was opened in 2011 by local businessman Tom Hewer with the aim of serving great local produce in a modern and contemporary style.
Head Chef Adam Church and the team are passionate about showing their guests the quality local produce the county has to offer.
Using Northamptonshire’s only charcoal Josper oven, which is the choice of many top London steakhouses, they cook fantastic local steaks with a traditional charred barbeque flavour.
Everything is created on site in your line of vision in the open plan kitchen. Freshly baked bread is on offer every day, unique desserts, ice creams and sorbets.
The team are very proud of their use of local produce and the relationships built with local suppliers and they want you to be a part of that.
