PARIS HOUSE - Reopened 8th Feb
The Paris House in Woburn re-opened on 8th Feb after being refurbished. Alan Murchison is confirmed to have taken over the venue after the previous owner, Peter Chandler, had lost his long battle with cancer last year. L'Ortolan sous chef Philip Fanning is to be head chef while L'Ortolan assistant restaurant manager Francois Hardy is to become restaurant manager. Alan Murchison also owns L'Ortolan in Berkshire and La Bécasse in Shropshire.
