Olivier’s Restaurant takes its name from Executive Chef Olivier Bertho. Having trained and worked in his native France before coming to work in England, he has been at the helm of Olivier’s for 13 years and is justifiably proud that the restaurant holds The Foodie Guide Award for Bedfordshire 2010, 2011 and 2012 in addition to holding 2 AA Rosettes. Olivier's was also recognised at the 2014 MK Food & Leisure Awards winning Restaurant of the Year and The Woburn Hotel, with 4 AA stars, won Hotel of the Year in the over 50 rooms category.
Olivier’s Restaurant offers a stylish setting and friendly ambiance to enjoy the very best of contemporary English and continental dining. For Olivier, the menus are very much a collaboration of ideas from his team of chefs.
The menus are complemented by a well stocked cellar with a wine list from around the globe. The restaurant also offers a range of daily specials and often celebrates special occasions with one-off dishes for lunch or dinner. However, it is Olivier’s passion for food and ultimate aim to offer guests a wonderfully planned menu, using great quality produce throughout the seasons that continues to inspire him.
